Stun guns and Tasers are legal in most US states. We do not ship to states and cities where stun guns and Tasers are illegal. If you live in a restricted state and can provide proof of ownership eligibility, we will gladly ship your order. We do not ship internationally.

Taser purchases in Maryland, Minnesota, and Illinois require passing a felony background check when you place your order. Stun Guns do not require a background check. What is a Taser vs a Stun Gun?
