York man pleads guilty to firearm possession charges

Terrytown woman accused of assault with stun gun
Librada Paramo, 26, of Gering has been charged with second-degree assault in connection with a Sept. 3 assault in Terrytown. She was arraigned Friday in Scotts Bluff County District Court.
